2. Company will announce the list of working committee for this event. It will be made up of management staff and team leaders
3. Admission
- Cost of Admission ticket: RMB 1,980, members can purchase online using e-points.
- RMB 1,680/ticket for purchase before 20 November 2010.
- Total Ticket Available : 400
- Admission ticket is opened for sales from 1 October 2010.
- Method of purchase: login member's area & just select 'Purchase Anniversary Admission Ticket" column.
4. Other
- Traveling Documents：Those who purchase the admission ticket or qualified for the admission are to process their traveling documents as soon as possible. All mainland China members are to obtain Hong Kong/Macao Entry Permit. .
- Dress Code: Dressing code for the Gala Dinner is formal.
- Team Performance: Members from all countries are welcome to put up performance items. All programs are to be submitted to the working committee by 25 October. Late submission will not be allowed for the performance.
- All qualified participant for the Japan trip are to process their traveling documents soonest. Company will process a combined Visa for mainland China members. They are required to submit their passport to the company's designated address which will be advised separately.
