Price Adjustment
As the prices of raw materials and the production costs have increased, the company has decided to adjust the product selling prices in order to maintain the long-term and stable growth of the company, and to provide better services and quality products to our partners. The company will further invest in the software and hardware infrastructure to enhance the marketing support.
The new adjustments are as follows:
Global retail pricing product (including new product) is to be standardised at: 145 U.S. dollars / box, RMB: 990 yuan / box.
Member purchase prices:
Ordinary members: 4600 yuan, 5 boxes product (about 8% margin);
VIP members: 14600 yuan, 20 boxes (about 27% margin),
Franchise: 27,600 yuan, 60 boxes (about 54% margin).
This new pricing will take effect from August 1, 2010.

Third Asia Pacific 2010 Elite Training Camp
In helping the merchant partners to achieve better effectiveness and operational capabilities to expand their market, the company will be holding its "Third Asia Pacific 2010 Elite Training Camp" in July 2010 in Shenzhen, China.
Following are some information concerning the training:
1) Duration: 20-22 July 2010, three days and two nights program.
July 20: 14:00 assemble in the city, 17:30 curriculum began.
July 22: 17:00 end of the course.
2) Course content: This workshop is targeted at Optimal members, the curriculum iis intended to establish a standardized system of operation within Optimal. It includes understanding the industrial trends and the company's development plan, market development and basic team operation training, product training, professional knowledge , case studyand launching of Optimal's new generation product.
3) "My Heart is Flying" - An Optimal Gala Night gathering has been arranged. Teams and individuals will put up their performance then. A dance competition awards will be given to the first three best placings. The teams will be given advance preparation to put forward their best performance to the Optimal family.
Dress code for the "Optima Gala night" will be evening dress for the Ladies and formal for the gentlemen. Causal wear for all other training sessions.
4) Course Fee: RMB 1000 (including accommodation). Registration before June 25 enjoy a company subsidy of 200 RMB, members pay only 800 yuan.
5) The company will introduce a new generation product that helps women to reduce aging and improve overall health. All participating partner will be given a box of new product worth 1,000 yuan as special gift.
