As our Banking System is currently under upgrading, some users may encounter delay in receiving instant updating of electronic cash points when using the credit card for cash points top-up.
We hereby request that all users to leave a message on the message board once the system prompt you that the credit card transaction has been accepted. This will allow us to verify the transaction and process the top up promptly.
The normal operation will be resumed on 9 September 2010.
