As part of management's control measure to protect the benefit of all distributors, company will begin implementing a bar coded product tracking system:
1) With effect from the date of this notice, company will create an unique bar code for every sales order. The bar code will be printed on every box under the same order.
2) If the members are found retailing below the recommended selling price, company will trace their identities from the bar code and have their distributorships terminated.
Dear members, unethical price cutting practice poses tremendous damage to the market as the whole and affect the profitability of individual fellow members. The company is determined to curb such practice. All members are urged to participate and help keeping a watching eye.
